Xias was part of the Tserran Defense Force along side his twin brother and fought in the great war against the Fiorans. During one particular battle, Xias and his brother's platoon were all seperated by a brutal Fioran ambush isolating the brothers from other members of their platoon. Xias's brother was fatally wounded and no help seem to be at hand. He ultimately died of his wounds; thus Xias went into the medical field to save those who many would say don't have a fighting chance.

Personality: Xias's past has turned him into somewhat of a moody individual, the death of his beloved brother and war have turned him into the Tserran man he currently is on the Potemkin. He also tends to be xenophobic towards other species making him difficult to get along with at times but is a good friend when it counts.
