The crew of the Potemkin met this universe's Captain Roacher during the events of the plot "The Canaday," during which they came to the aid of that ailing ship following a catastrophic accident. Captain Roacher met privately with Captain Mitchell, Commander Prax, and Doctor Arnet to discuss the condition of his ship, and also to report the death of Lieutenant Andrea O'Donnell.
