An older man of Japanese descent and captain of the USS Slidell, a small cargo/transport ship. During "A Moment's Respite," he contacted the Potemkin and claimed they were haivng engine failure. This was merely a ruse to get onboard. Once there he confessed to Commander Arkin that he had unwittingly taken on a known criminal and requested the 'Tem's help in detaining the miscreant.
