Commander and senior officer on the Tetsuo. After the crew disappeared into the alternate dimension during "Discontinuity," Constanza transferred over to the 'Tem to take command. A very by-the-book officer, he did not much care for the crew questioning his ways. Nor was he satisfied that the crew who returned to the 'Tem from the other dimension was in fact the real crew. He returned to the Tetsuo after his brief tenure on the Potemkin.
