Lieutenant Commander and Chief Engineer of the USS Canaday. He had a very upbeat personality and was constantly joking, despite trying circumstances. Bom, Tora, Xan, and Prax were assigned to help him repair the Canaday after it had been damaged by micro-singularities. He also helped Bom to detect and deactivate a Romulan bomb that was set underneath the ship's bridge.
