Axlorian vessel that was traveling to study the Rogasa star which, because of the 'Tem's interference, had stopped emitting visible light for a few hours. Unfortunately, it had taken damage to its transponder beacon and receiving antenna so it could not transmit identification. The damage to the receiving antenna also meant it could not receive information from the Axlorian central computer or another Axlorian vessel to fix the problem

The Potemkin encountered the Fellowship when it picked up the unfamiliar vessel in Federation space. An away team from the 'Tem beamed over and helped repair the vessel so it could go on its way.

Warp later referenced the Fellowship to convince the Axlorians of the Collaboration that the 'Tem was no threat to them.
