Kanton, until his death, was a scientist and a power political figure for nearly 400 years. His associate, Foran, later became Prime Minister of Acoria. The Potemkin visited the world in 2377 and the latter end of 2382 during the events of "Do No Harm" and "'Round Perdition's Flame."
