Planet lying on the Federation-Klingon border in what used to be the Klingon Neuteral Zone. It is the homeworld to the Kuvanahru. Although M-Class, it has a harsh volcanic climate and, when viewed from the surface the sky is red.

It was once part of the Klingon Empire, but abandoned when tension with the Federation arose. After some debate, it was finally admitted to the Federation in 2381.
