Presumably one of the shuttle compliment at Starbase 74. Joseph Cornell travelled to the Potemkin on the R101 while it was visiting the nearby Pollard Mining Facility.

The shuttle is named after an early British airship that crashed on its maiden overseas voyage in 1930.
