The Bellerophon was one of four ships, along with the Utrecht, Trafalgar, and de Ruyter, to join the Potemkin around the orbit of Neria to protect it from an attempted Wotal incursion. The Bellerophon landed several security teams on the surface that helped to combat any Wotal incursions.

Admiral Atherton later announced that the Bellerophon would remain in orbit of Neria to combat any further attempts at invasion by the Wotal.

In 2384 the Bellerophon was under going maintenance after a stint of duty along the reestablished Neutral Zone. She was made ready as quickly as possible to help combat the planned invasion of Bajor by the Ascendent. She was, unfortunately, still two hours out when the fighting broke out and unable to join the battle.
