The large and intimidating commander of the Minerva. He stopped the 'Tem outside of Galordan Core claiming to be searching for a renegade ship attacking travelers. He requested to have a team sent to the Potemkin to brief them of the threat. It was all a ruse and his team stormed the ship, kidnapped Micheal, and then retreated.

He was evacuated from the Minerva before it's warp core breeched. At this time it is not know if he is a Section 31 operative or only someone hired for a specific job by Peters.
