Captain of a Qualitarian vessel, holding the rank of "Aggressor" and leader of an attack against the Potemkin and the planet Arkia. He possessed red skin pigmentation, yellow eye color, and a black spiked mohawk.

He initially detected the present of portal technology from Arkin's experiments and immediately demanded that the 'Tem hand over either the portal of the creator of it. When Warp refused, he fired on the Potemkin and started a series of heated battle. Also, just to show his might, he ordered the destruction of a populated moon. However, all his threatening were in vain; a last ditch shot with Tora's experimental TASER system badly crippled his ship.

R'laumon was later recalled to his home world where, in accordance with his people's customs, he was promptly executed for his failure.
