The 300 pound captain of the Blokpurl, Jaksparo and his crew, in their search for "something to make them go" had accidentally come across some Borg components that assimilated the entire crew save himself. His friend, Barbosa, set him adrift in a lifeboat and sent the Blokpurl on a vendetta to destroy Klingon ships.

Jaksparo was picked up by the Potemkin and, with the crew's aid, was able to track down his ship. Arnet injected him with his retrofit nanoprobes, and he was able to help his fellow Pakled's return to normal.
