A portly pink alien with three eyes who wore highly expensive clothes and a eyepiece. Fezziwig was the head of eponymous Fezziwig Syndicate, a rich trading organization. This opulent alien would come across the Potemkin when he supposedly bought the office of Grand Nagus of Ferenginar at an auction and wanted the current Nagus, Rom, who was aboard the the Potemkin at the time. The auction turned out to be a ruse by Rom's mother, Ishka, who knew that the Ferengi Female Reform League was trying to oust the Nagus. The FFRL would turn on the suckered Fezziwig and Rom would be free to consolidate his power. The plan worked and Dil, temporary head of the FFRL, began to hound Fezziwig and left Rom and the 'Tem in peace.
