One of the seven leaders of the Aquan people. He was one of those present when an away team from the 'Tem traveled to to Argo to search for a cure for the terminally ill Melina. He, along with Lemura and Tamir, helped the away team on their way toward Argosian territory and also explained the history and friction between the Aquan and Argosian.
