Pakled captain who took over the Blokpurl from Captain Jaksparo. Barbosa and the rest of his crew had been partially assimilated by Borg nanoprobes. With the combined Pakled and Borg drive to find and assimilate newer and newer technology, Barbosa went off on a rampage against Klingon ships. He was only stopped when Jaksparo, who had been injected with Arnet's anti-assimilation nanoprobes, beamed aboard and helped de-assimilate him and the rest of the crew.
