After many months wandering the cosmos in our galaxy and others, the Potemkin has been called to Starbase 21 for a debriefing and some R&R time. As the sim opens, the ship has just docked at Starbase 21 and the senior officers are assembled near the airlock for an official review by Admiral Sorin.
